As an artist Tony`s unique and relaxed way of teaching and demonstrating ensures each person personal attention to help you develop in your own way at your own pace.

Staying in the country cottage of Tony and his wife Eileen in the delightful Yorkshire Wolds village of Kilham. You will be able to enjoy the comfort of home cooking, comfortable bedrooms, a lounge for relaxation, a studio and walled garden which can be used outside the daily tuition periods. Alternativly you may choose to stay in a local hotel or B & B and enjoy all the same facilities joining the group after breakfast each morning and being with them throughout the day and evening meal.
Courses are inclusive of meals, transport to and from painting venues, tuition and studio. time. All you need to bring is your own painting materials (advice on which can be given in advance if so required).

Summer Art Courses start at noon on a Monday with a light lunch and get to know the group, and end after lunch on the final day of the course. The four day summer course ends on the Thursday lunch with three nights accommodation., and the five day course ends on the Friday lunch with four nights accommodation.   (Click to view Dates and Prices)

The Winter Art Courses are studio based, starting with dinner on the Friday evening and working through Saturday and Sunday, concluding at 4 pm on the Sunday. It is all inclusive staying 2 nights in the home of Eileen and Tony with all meals provided.   (Click to view Dates & Prices)

All abilities are welcome from complete beginners to working professionals.

All mediums including Acrylics, Oils, Watercolours, Pastels, Mixed media, and all pencil products can be tutored.
